| Fire Captain is a RTS fire rescue game based off a West Coast city in the United States. The trolleys rolling uphill make me think that it might actually be San Francisco... hmmm. Oh crap! That's my house on fire! Haha, but I kid.
Gameplay consists of having to control fires that have gone out of control. Fires can vary according to the accelerants involved, how close buildings are, how the fire was started, and so on. The cool thing is that all of these are modeled off of real world experience with the help of real fire fighters and one French fire captain with over 20 years of knowledge behind him. The game will also use physics to make fire and their reactions more realistic. When windows are opened, fires will roll out as will the smoke and blow with the breeze while players will also have to worry about back drafts from opening doors inside of buildings on fire. |
