Since the new official patch for the game is out, old bloodpatches won't work anymore. This one, which I coded by myself, works flawlessly for v1.01 and has following features:

1.) Regular blood & mutilation effects.
2.) Extra blood & mutilation effects.
3.) English language and subtitles.
4.) Adult language.
